Customized courses are offered to cater to the educational and professional development needs of various universities and organizations in order to provide their students and staff with exposure to specialized discourse on topics of human rights and international law. Course lengths can be shortened or extended to suit your availability.

Upcoming workshop on 'Development, Human Rights and Contemporary Challenges'

The Centre will conduct a customized course for students from Pace University, United States, from Feb 25 to Feb 27, 2013, followed by the UPEACE Model United Nations Conference (UPMUNC), 2013. The workshop will explore contemporary challenges in the interface between development and human rights, while touching upon some important topics that are part of UPMUNC. Capacity Building Workshop for Costa Rican Youth

From February 11 to 15, 2013, the Centre successfully conducted a capacity building workshop for 50 Costa Rican youth working with NGOs on the topic of 'Building Sustainable NGOs in Costa Rica for Promoting Human Security'. The project was conducted with generous support from the Canadian Fund for Local Initatives, administered by the Embassy of Canada.
